Coffee shop QR menu: order, pay and earn cashback from one code

8:30 a.m., six people in line for a cappuccino. Guests order by QR from the table, pay with Click, and pick up when the barista marks it ready. Regulars earn cashback and order ahead from your site.

Familiar pains

  • The morning rush: the barista takes orders, counts cash and steams milk, all one person.
  • 'Do you have oat milk? Which syrups? How much is a large?' The same two-minute exchange with every guest.
  • You have regulars, but nobody knows how often they come. The cardboard stamp card gets lost.
  • Five people from the office show up at once: 'We called ahead.' Nobody wrote it down.
  • The menu is chalk on a board. A new drink means rewriting the board. Instagram still shows the old price.

What you get

The barista only makes coffee

Guests choose from the QR at the table: milk type, syrup, size, with min/max modifiers. The order lands on the POS. No back-and-forth, and the barista never leaves the machine.

Pay on the phone: Payme, Click, laPay

Guests close the bill themselves. No counting cash, no change. The only queue at the counter is to collect the coffee.

Cashback instead of stamp cards

You set the percentage and the unit name, say 'coffee points'. The guest CRM shows profile, orders, balance and source (QR, site, Telegram). Automatic redemption at checkout is coming soon; for now the cashier applies it.

Order ahead from your site

{coffeeshop}.guest.lacafe.app or your own domain. The office orders five lattes from the site, pays, picks a time. The order arrives at the POS and in Telegram. UZS 1,500 per order.

laMenu instead of the chalkboard

A tablet at the counter, UZS 50,000 a month, connected straight to the cloud. Add a drink in the admin panel and it shows on the tablet, QR and site at once. Photos, GIFs, video.

Happy hour on autopilot

A discount rule: product, percent or amount, weekday and time window. Mon–Fri 3–5 p.m. latte −20%, applied automatically. If several rules match, the biggest saving wins.

I have no POS software. What do I do?

laBoard is a POS tablet, UZS 100,000 a month. Orders, payments, stop list, with the laBranch server inside. iPad or Android. When you grow into iiko, we connect it through the plugin.

How do order-ahead orders arrive?

Does it work with iiko?
