Fast food

Fast food self-service kiosk: no queue, one cashier

Guests pick 'Dine in' or 'Takeaway' on laKiosk, add sauce to the burger, pay by laPay QR with Payme, Click or Uzum. The receipt prints at the till and the kitchen cooks. Aggregator orders land in the same queue.

Familiar pains

  • Lunch, 1 p.m. Twelve people at the counter, the second cashier is off sick. Every third guest looks at the queue and leaves.
  • The cashier rushes and rings up 'small fries' instead of 'large'. The guest comes back and the queue stops again.
  • A Yandex Eats tablet, an Uzum Tezkor tablet, the POS: three screens. A courier arrives and nobody knows which screen has the order.
  • The cashier forgets to offer a sauce and a drink. Combos do not sell and the average ticket stays flat.
  • An item is sold out but still listed on the aggregator. The order comes in, you cancel it, and your rating drops.

What you get

laKiosk: guests build it themselves

An iPad on a stand, UZS 250,000 a month. Dine in / takeaway → menu → cart. Modifiers with min/max: sauce required, extra cheese optional. No mis-rings, because the guest chose it.

laPay: one QR for every wallet

The kiosk shows a QR and the guest pays on their phone: Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum or card, all behind one code. The cashier never touches money. The receipt prints at the till and the order goes to the kitchen.

Yandex Eats and Uzum Tezkor in one flow

Menu and availability go out to the aggregator, orders come into the POS, status flows both ways. MXIK/IKPU tax codes live in the admin panel. UZS 300 per aggregator order.

One kitchen queue

Kiosk, till, aggregators, website, all on one laBoard screen. Statuses: sent → cooking → ready → handed over. When the courier arrives, the order is found by number.

One stop list for every channel

Out of patties? The cashier stops the item in one tap. It disappears from the kiosk, the site, Yandex Eats and Uzum Tezkor at once. No cancellations, no rating hit.

The kiosk always offers the sauce

Modifiers show on every order, whatever mood the cashier is in. Reports include cross-sell (bought together) and menu engineering, so you see which combo actually earns.

Price example

Monthly cost for a fast food outlet with two kiosks

Branch base 500,000 + 2 laKiosk × 250,000 = 1,000,000. laBoard till +100,000 = UZS 1,100,000 a month. With 600 aggregator orders a month: 600 × 300 = 180,000 — UZS 1,280,000 a month in total. If you run iiko, the plugin replaces laBoard and saves 100,000.

  • 2 laKiosk + laBoard: UZS 1,100,000/month
  • + 600 aggregator orders: UZS 1,280,000/month
  • Pickup through your site: UZS 1,500 per order

Questions & answers

How much does a fast food kiosk cost?

laKiosk is UZS 250,000 a month per device plus the 500,000 branch base. Two kiosks = UZS 1,000,000 a month. You buy the iPad and stand yourself. No bundles; a disabled device is not billed.

What hardware does the kiosk need?

An iPad and a floor or counter stand. The app runs in kiosk mode, so guests cannot open anything else. The receipt printer stays at the till; the kiosk sends receipts there.

Can guests pay cash at the kiosk?

Kiosk payment goes through laPay QR: Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum, card. A guest paying cash goes to the cashier, who enters the order in laBoard. Both streams land in the same kitchen queue.

Do Yandex Eats and Uzum Tezkor connect?

Yes, both: menu and availability go out, orders come in, statuses sync both ways. Every item needs an MXIK/IKPU code, entered in the admin panel. UZS 300 per order.

We run iiko. Do kiosk orders land in iiko?

Yes. The plugin runs inside iikoFront: the order is created, paid, closed, and receipts and kitchen tickets print. Menu, prices and stop list come from iiko. No laBoard needed.

Does the kiosk work without internet?

The POS (laBranch) keeps working locally and the cashier enters orders directly. laPay payment goes through the internet on the guest phone. Aggregator orders arrive once the connection is back.
