No PC, no Windows
The laBranch server lives inside the tablet. One iPad or Android and the hall is running. No POS desk, no tower, no UPS.
laBoard
One tablet: hall map, table status, order screen. laBranch runs inside it, so laTable tablets and laWaiter phones connect over Wi-Fi. No Windows PC needed. A 12-table choyxona: 1 laBoard + 12 laTable + 2 laWaiter = UZS 2,000,000 a month, all in.
Who it's for
Cafes and choyxonas with no iiko or r_keeper and no POS PC. New openings. A small second branch.
Facts
What you get
The laBranch server lives inside the tablet. One iPad or Android and the hall is running. No POS desk, no tower, no UPS.
Which table is busy, who asked for the bill, where a call came from. Terrace and VIP shown separately. The cashier sees and manages it all.
laTable, laKiosk and laWaiter auto-discover laBoard on the local Wi-Fi. QR orders arrive here too. One hub.
Offline-first: orders, tables and bills are all local. When the internet returns, it syncs to the cloud. The hall never stops because of the ISP.
The cashier takes orders, adds modifiers, closes bills by cash, card or online. Statuses: sent, cooking, ready, served.
How it works
An iOS or Android tablet. Create the branch in the admin panel, pair with a 6-letter code. The menu comes down from the cloud.
Brand, branch, hall, table. "Main hall 8 tables, terrace 4." Assign waiters to tables.
laTable, laWaiter and laKiosk on the same Wi-Fi find laBoard automatically. No IPs, ports or settings.
Orders come in, the cashier closes them. End of day, the shift report is in the admin panel: sales, payment types, waiter performance.
UZS 100,000 per laBoard per month, plus the branch base of UZS 500,000. A small cafe running on laBoard alone pays UZS 600,000 a month. You own the tablet.
If you already run iiko or r_keeper, you do not need laBoard. Install laBranch on the POS PC and it works on top of iiko. laBoard is for places with no POS yet: register and server in one tablet.
The hall keeps running. laTable and laWaiter talk to laBoard over local Wi-Fi; orders and bills are stored locally. When the internet is back, everything syncs to the cloud. Only online payments (Payme, Click) need a connection.
No limit. A typical choyxona: 1 laBoard, 12 laTable, 2 laWaiter. A big restaurant: 2 laBoard (main hall and terrace), 30 laTable, 5 laWaiter.
laBoard handles receipt and kitchen printing through laBranch. For your specific printer model and connection, write to hello@lacafe.app and we will confirm before setup.
The cashier interface and menu are in Uzbek, Russian and English. Waiter calls to Telegram come in any of the three too.
