Cafe

Cafe ordering system: QR menu, counter display and your own site

A small room, fast turnover, one or two staff. Guests order and pay by QR from the table. Pickup orders come from your site. The POS is laBoard or the iiko you already have.

Familiar pains

  • At lunch all 10 tables fill at once. One waiter takes orders, the other can't carry fast enough.
  • A guest queues at the counter to pay a UZS 40,000 bill. The table stays occupied while the next guest waits at the door.
  • The menu photo on Instagram is three months old. Prices changed and the guest argues.
  • Takeaway orders by phone: 'Two lagman, one... no, three.' The cashier mishears and the guest arrives to find no order.
  • The POS is one program, QR another service, the website a third. Three logins, three menus, none of them match.

What you get

From the table straight to the POS

A QR code on every table: {cafe}.qr.lacafe.app/{table}. The guest opens the menu, fills the cart, orders. The order lands on the POS and the waiter only delivers.

Pay from the phone, no queue

Guests close the bill themselves: Payme, Click, UzQR or laPay. They never walk to the counter. The table frees up 10 minutes sooner.

laMenu at the counter

A view-only menu with no cart, UZS 50,000 a month. It connects straight to the cloud, no server or LAN needed. Change a price in the admin panel and the display updates.

Pickup from your own site

{cafe}.guest.lacafe.app or your own domain. The guest picks from the menu, sets a time, pays. The order arrives at the POS and in Telegram. UZS 1,500 per order, no monthly fee for the site.

One menu across every channel

Change it once in the admin panel: QR, site, laMenu, Telegram bot. Per-channel visibility, so a business lunch can show only on QR. Three languages, photos, nutrition facts.

With or without a POS

Have iiko? We connect through the plugin, prices and stop list come from there. No POS? laBoard becomes your till: UZS 100,000 a month on an iPad or Android tablet.

Price example

Monthly cost for a 10-table cafe

Branch base 500,000 + 10 tables × 10,000 = UZS 600,000 a month. Add laMenu at the counter: +50,000 = 650,000. If your site brings 200 pickup orders a month: 200 × 1,500 = 300,000 — UZS 950,000 a month in total. No iiko? Add laBoard for +100,000.

  • QR only, 10 tables: UZS 600,000/month
  • QR + laMenu: UZS 650,000/month

Questions & answers

How much does a cafe QR menu cost?

UZS 10,000 a month per table plus the 500,000 branch base. 10 tables = UZS 600,000 a month. Tables without a QR are not billed. Print the QR once — the address never changes.

I don't have a POS. Can laCafe be the till?

Yes. laBoard is a POS tablet: hall, orders, payments, with the laBranch server inside. iOS and Android. UZS 100,000 a month. When you grow into iiko, we connect it through the plugin.

How is this different from Dastur-xon or BROS?

They are a cheap start for a small cafe: Dastur-xon from UZS 99,000, BROS at $15 a month. If you do not need iiko/r_keeper, table tablets, a kiosk or offline mode, they will do. laCafe adds iiko/r_keeper, laTable, laKiosk, a site on your own domain, Yandex Eats/Uzum Tezkor and a POS that works offline.

Does the guest need to install an app?

No. The QR opens from the camera and runs in the browser (PWA). Same for the site. There is a laGuest iPhone app, but it is optional.

What happens if the internet drops?

laBranch inside laBoard keeps working locally and the cashier enters orders directly. QR and site orders wait until the internet returns. laMenu runs from the cloud, so it waits too.

How do I set up the pickup site?

Create a site in the admin panel: logo, cover, colour, texts, with a live preview. Pick service modes: pickup, delivery, dine-in, reservations. The address {cafe}.guest.lacafe.app works right away; connect your own domain later.
