laGuest

laGuest — the restaurant mobile app on the guest’s phone

The guest opens laGuest on iPhone, enters an address, picks a restaurant. Delivery, pickup or dine-in. Their favourite plov is in the cart in 2 taps. The table QR scans from inside the app. The order reaches the kitchen through laBranch. No developer to hire for your own app.

What you get

The guest’s mobile app: delivery, pickup, dine-in ordering, favourites, QR scanner.

Three modes in one app

Delivery to an address, pickup from a branch, or dine-in by scanning the table QR from inside the app. The guest picks what fits.

Favourites and history

Favourite dishes, past orders, a saved address. A regular orders in 30 seconds.

Brands and branches

One organisation, several brands, all in the app. For delivery the nearest branch is chosen automatically; outside the zone, the app says so.

Cashback and CRM

Guest profile, orders and cashback balance live in the guest CRM in the admin panel. You see where they came from: iOS, website, QR, Telegram.

Zero development cost

The app is built and on the App Store. You maintain menus and branches in the admin panel; guests see them in the app.

How it works

How it works

  1. 01

Set up the organisation and menu

Brand, branch, menu (3 languages, photos, nutrition), delivery zones on a map. All in the admin panel; laGuest picks it up.

  2. 02

    The guest opens the app

Enters an address, picks a brand and mode: delivery, pickup, dine-in. Menu, cart, payment (Payme, Click, UzQR, laPay or cash).

  3. 03

    The order hits the kitchen

Cloud, laBranch, iiko or r_keeper. For delivery, call a TaxiMillenium courier. The guest sees the statuses.

Coming soon
  • Mobile app channel: the iOS+Android guest app as a separately configurable channel in the admin panel.
  • Automatic cashback calculation — the setting exists today, the cashier applies it by hand.

Questions & answers

How much does laGuest cost?

There is no separate fee for the app. The branch base of UZS 500,000 a month also covers laBranch and the admin panel. Development, App Store and updates are on laCafe.

Is there an Android version?

iPhone today. The iOS+Android guest app as a configurable channel is planned, coming soon. Android guests currently order via the website (laGuestWeb, a PWA) and the Telegram bot.

Does it work with iiko?

Yes. App orders go through the cloud to laBranch, then into iiko (plugin inside iikoFront) or r_keeper. Menu and stop-list come from the POS.

What if the restaurant loses internet?

The app works through the cloud, so guests keep ordering. The order waits in the cloud and reaches the POS once laBranch reconnects. Tablets in the hall keep working offline.

I have several brands, are they all in one app?

Yes. All brands and branches under one organisation appear in the app. The guest picks a brand; menus live at brand level.

Which languages?

Uzbek, Russian and English, for both the menu and the app interface.
