What you get

Self-service kiosk: the guest orders, pays with a laPay QR, and the receipt prints at the register.

No queue at the register

At lunch, 2 kiosks equal 2 extra cashiers. One cashier hands out receipts and orders; guests do the rest.

Payment on the guest’s phone

No card terminal on the kiosk. A laPay QR appears on screen; the guest scans it and pays with Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum or a card, all behind one QR.

Receipt at the register, order in the kitchen

The moment payment clears, the receipt and kitchen ticket print at the register. With iiko, the order is created inside iiko itself.

Higher average ticket

Photos, video, modifiers: "large portion", "extra cheese". Guests choose without pressure. The cross-sell report shows what sells together.

Dine-in or takeaway

Two buttons on the first screen. No table selection, fast and simple. Takeaway orders are marked separately on the POS.

How it works

How it works

  1. 01

Set up the iPad and stand

iPadOS 17+, kiosk mode. A floor or counter stand. Pair laKiosk with the admin panel using a 6-letter code.

  2. 02

    The guest chooses

"Dine-in / Takeaway", then the menu (3 languages, photos, modifiers), then the cart. Live stop-list: sold-out samsa is hidden.

  3. 03

    Pays with the laPay QR

A QR on screen. The guest opens it on their phone and pays via Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum or card. The kiosk sees the payment.

  4. 04

    Receipt and order

The receipt prints at the register, the order goes to the kitchen: sent, cooking, ready. The guest collects by receipt number.

Questions & answers

How much does laKiosk cost?

UZS 250,000 per kiosk per month, plus the branch base of UZS 500,000 (once per branch). A fast-food spot with 2 kiosks: 500,000 + 2 × 250,000 = UZS 1,000,000 a month. You own the iPad and stand.

Does it work with iiko?

Yes. Orders go through laBranch into iiko; the plugin runs inside iikoFront: create, pay, close, print receipts and tickets. Menu, prices and stop-list come from iiko. r_keeper works too.

What if the internet goes down?

Menu and ordering run on laBranch over local Wi-Fi. Only the laPay QR payment needs internet on the guest’s phone, and mobile data is enough. Orders sync to the cloud later.

How many kiosks do I need?

Start with 1 kiosk per cashier at the lunch peak. At 100+ orders a day, get 2. No limit, each shows in the admin panel.

Can guests pay cash at the kiosk?

The kiosk is built for online payment via laPay QR. Guests with cash go to the cashier, who takes the order the usual way.

Which languages?

Uzbek, Russian and English. The guest picks on the first screen. Every dish has its name, description and nutrition in all three.
