Restaurant cashback program that brings guests back
Set the percent, name the unit whatever you like. Guests see their balance on the site, in the app and in the QR menu. Five minutes to set up.
How cashback is set up
Admin panel, Marketing section. Two fields: percent and unit name. Type 5% and call the unit points and you are done. Leave the name empty and it shows in UZS. The unit name appears everywhere the guest sees it.

What the guest sees
Website (laGuestWeb), the laGuest app and the laQR menu all show the balance in the profile: You have 42,000 points. If the guest signed in via SMS or Telegram, the balance is tied to their number. Order history lives there too.
At the register today: the cashier applies it by hand
Straight talk: today cashback is a setting and a number. A guest closes a UZS 300,000 tab and the admin panel shows 5%, or 15,000 points, on their card. Next visit the cashier checks the balance in CRM and applies the discount at the register by hand. Automatic accrual from closed orders and redemption at checkout are coming soon.

Questions & answers
Does cashback cost extra?
No. Cashback is part of the admin panel, covered by the UZS 500,000 branch base. No separate module or plan.
Is cashback redeemed automatically at the register?
Not yet. The cashier checks the balance in CRM and applies the discount by hand. Automatic accrual and checkout redemption are coming soon.
Can I name the unit myself?
Yes. Points, coins, a word made from your restaurant's name, any text. Leave it empty and it shows in UZS.
Where does the guest see their balance?
In the site profile, the laGuest app and the laQR menu. With SMS or Telegram sign-in the balance is tied to their number.
Does this link to iiko's loyalty program?
No. laCafe cashback lives in its own CRM and does not write to iiko's loyalty module. If you want both, pick one.
