Payments

laPay: one QR, the guest chooses Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum or a card

One connection instead of four sets of credentials. One QR on the screen. The guest scans and picks which wallet to pay with on their own phone. laKiosk runs on exactly this.

What connects

Behind laPay sits the WLCM payment aggregator. You register with WLCM, get a token and paste it into the admin; no need to wait for the laCafe team. One token covers Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum and bank cards.

  • WLCM token: self-onboarding
  • Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum, card: one QR
  • Channels: laKiosk, laTable, laQR, website
  • Credentials per branch

How it works on the kiosk

Fast food, lunch rush. The guest on laKiosk: 'Takeaway', lagman and tea, cart. The laPay QR appears on screen. They scan with their phone, pick Uzum, pay. The receipt prints at the till and the kitchen gets the order. The cashier never looked up.

  • 1. Cart, then 'Pay'
  • 2. One laPay QR on screen
  • 3. Guest scans, picks a wallet
  • 4. Payment confirmation to laCafe
  • 5. Receipt at the till, order in the kitchen

What stays in sync

Payment status updates at once on the kiosk, laBoard and admin. The order reaches iiko or r_keeper already paid. Reports show which wallet the guest chose, under payment types.

  • Status: kiosk, till, admin, Telegram
  • Paid order in the POS
  • Report: by wallet

Honest limits

The fee is in your WLCM contract; laCafe adds nothing on top. The guest's phone needs internet, since payment completes on their side after scanning. Works in UZS.

  • Fee: with WLCM
  • Guest's phone needs internet
  • UZS only

Questions & answers

What is laPay? A separate wallet?

No, the guest installs nothing new. laPay is one QR through the WLCM aggregator. The guest pays with their usual Payme, Click, Paylov, Uzum or a card.

If I have Payme and Click separately, why laPay?

One contract, one token, one QR. On the kiosk the guest picks no button, just scans. You also get Paylov and Uzum. Separate Payme/Click can stay alongside.

How long does onboarding take?

Register with WLCM, get a token, paste it into the admin. Nothing to wait for on laCafe's side. Any verification time on WLCM's side is up to them.

What is the fee?

In your WLCM contract. laCafe takes no cut of payments. The laKiosk device is 250,000 UZS/month regardless of payments.

What if the guest's phone has no internet?

Payment completes on the guest's phone, so it needs internet. Offer the restaurant Wi-Fi or keep cash/terminal at the till.
