Click payment in your restaurant: the guest closes the bill

The guest asks for the bill, picks Click, confirms on their phone. The webhook closes the order on the till. No waiter hunting for a card terminal.

What connects

Credentials from the Click merchant account go into the admin per branch. Same pattern as Payme: each branch has its own credentials and its own account. Enable both and the guest sees two buttons.

  • Click merchant credentials (service ID, merchant ID, secret key)
  • Per branch
  • Channels: laQR, laTable, laGuestWeb, laGuest
  • Webhook: payment confirmation from Click

Step by step

Outdoor terrace, table 9. The guest taps 'Bill' on the tablet and picks Click. Click opens on their phone with the amount filled in. They confirm; 3 to 5 seconds later the tablet shows 'Paid' and the order closes in iikoFront.

  • 1. Bill request
  • 2. Click button
  • 3. Confirm on the phone
  • 4. Webhook, then paid
  • 5. Closed in the POS, Telegram notified

What stays in sync

Payment status matches on the guest screen, laBoard, admin and Telegram. iiko or r_keeper records the payment type as Click. The dashboard's payment-type report lists Click separately.

  • Status: guest, till, admin, Telegram
  • POS payment type: Click
  • Payment history in the guest CRM

Honest limits

The fee is per your Click contract; laCafe takes no cut. Without internet, online payment fails while cash and the terminal keep working. Refunds go through the Click merchant account.

  • Fee: with Click
  • Internet required
  • Refunds: from the Click account

Questions & answers

What is the Click fee?

It is written in your Click merchant contract. laCafe takes no percentage of the payment.

Can I enable Click and Payme together?

Yes. The guest sees both and picks one. You can add UzQR and laPay on top.

What does the cashier do?

Nothing. The order closes itself once the webhook arrives. The cashier only sees a Click line in the shift report.

What if the internet goes down?

No connection to Click means no online payment. The order stays in laBranch; the guest pays cash or by terminal.

Where do I get the credentials?

From the Click merchant account. You sign with Click yourself, then enter the credentials per branch in the admin.
