Promo codes that run on a schedule
Create a code, set the discount and its dates. Post it in a story or a Telegram channel. Guests enter it on the site or in the app.
How you create a promo code
Admin panel, Marketing. The code text (say, PLOV20), the discount type, and a schedule. The schedule is the window in which the code works. You can create it ahead and set it to start on launch day. When the window ends the code switches itself off.

Navruz week: one code, 400 orders
The cafe creates the code NAVRUZ, valid 15 to 22 March. Posts it in stories, drops it in the Telegram channel. A guest orders delivery on the site and enters the code. The order lands at the register tagged NAVRUZ. By week's end the admin panel shows 400 orders with the code, most from Yunusabad.
Honest limit: no checkout validation yet
Today a promo code is a setting plus a tag on the order. The guest enters it, it arrives at the register with the order, and the cashier applies the discount by hand. Automatic validation of dates and validity at checkout is coming soon. Promo codes work on the site and in laGuest; the QR table flow is anonymous and has no promo field.
Questions & answers
Do promo codes cost extra?
No. The Marketing section is part of the admin panel, covered by the UZS 500,000 branch base. Unlimited codes.
Is the promo code validated automatically at checkout?
Not yet. The code arrives at the register with the order and the cashier applies it by hand. Automatic validation is coming soon.
Can a promo code have an expiry?
Yes. Start and end dates plus time of day. When the window closes the code turns itself off.
Do promo codes work in the QR menu?
No. QR table orders are anonymous, the guest does not sign in. Promo codes work on the site and in laGuest, where there is a guest profile.
What if a promo code and an automatic discount both apply?
Automatic discount rules are a separate mechanism: among them the biggest saving wins. Promo codes are applied manually by the cashier today, so the cashier makes the final call.
