This is not "laCafe versus iiko". iiko is the till. laCafe is a plugin inside iikoFront plus QR, tablets, a kiosk, a waiter app, a website, aggregators and AI on top. Below: what you have with iiko alone and what changes when laCafe is added.
iiko
iiko is a classic cloud POS. Many restaurants run their till, kitchen printing and settlements in it. laCafe does not replace it: the plugin runs inside iikoFront and adds the guest layer on top.

When they're the better fit
If you need a till, iiko is exactly that. laCafe is not a POS and does not replace iiko. If waiters take orders themselves, guests do not ask for QR or tablets, and there is no website, delivery or aggregators, iiko alone is enough.
When laCafe is the better fit
You already run iiko and do not want to touch it, but guests should order at the table, close the bill with Payme or Click, and order delivery from your website. Yandex Eats and Uzum Tezkor orders should land in iiko on their own. You want to fill the menu quickly with AI. That is iiko + laCafe.
Questions & answers
Can I use laCafe instead of iiko?
No, that is not the goal. laCafe works on top of iiko: the plugin runs inside iikoFront, orders are created in iiko, prices and the stop-list come from iiko. If you have iiko, it stays.
Does laCafe work without iiko?
Yes. laBoard is laCafe's own till tablet with the laBranch server inside. But where iiko is already installed we do not recommend removing it: laCafe is added on top.
What does the iiko integration cover?
Create, add to, pay and close orders; receipt and kitchen printing; catalogues; stop-list; webhooks. TaxiMillenium courier calls from the iiko plugin. All two-way.
How does a QR or tablet order appear in iiko?
As a regular iiko order: the plugin creates it inside iikoFront, prints it to the kitchen, and payment and closing happen there too. No new screens for the cashier.
What happens to iiko + laCafe if the internet drops?
laBranch runs on the till PC, so tablet and QR orders continue over the local network. The database is encrypted and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns.
How much does iiko + laCafe cost?
Your iiko subscription stays as is. For laCafe: 500,000 UZS per branch a month, laTable 100,000, QR table 10,000, laKiosk 250,000, laWaiter 100,000; website order 1,500, aggregator order 300 UZS. 12 tables with QR only is 620,000 UZS a month.
