laCafe vs BROS: a kit with its own POS or a layer over the till you already have
BROS gives you its own POS, a QR menu, reservations and a waiter app from $15 a month. laCafe keeps your existing iiko or r_keeper and adds tablets, QR, a kiosk, a website, aggregators and AI on top. The main question: do you already have a till?

When they're the better fit
You have no till and are setting one up from scratch. Under 50 orders a day, a $15 budget. A QR menu, reservations and a waiter app are enough. You want a team that photographs your dishes and trains your staff. In that case BROS is a complete, inexpensive kit.
When laCafe is the better fit
You run iiko or r_keeper and have no plans to replace it. You need tablets on tables, a kiosk at the entrance, a delivery site on your own domain, Yandex Eats and Uzum Tezkor. The till must keep working without internet. You have several branches or brands.
