What goes into a QR menu price

The market sells three kinds of 'QR menu'. The first is a link to a PDF: free, takes no orders. The second is a monthly subscription that bundles a till and a kitchen screen. The third is usage-based: you pay per table and per device.

Before comparing prices, answer one question: do I need just a menu, or orders too? For a 14-table cafe in Tashkent that answer is worth 500 000 UZS a month either way.

Dastur-xon, BROS, laCafe: QR menu prices in 2026

Dastur-xon: 99 000 UZS a month (Oddiy) or 399 000 (Biznes). Includes a QR menu, till, kitchen screen, Bluetooth receipt printer, Telegram bot. Runs on phones, installs in 5 minutes, fully in Uzbek. No iiko/r_keeper, no tablets, no offline mode.

BROS: $15 a month for up to 50 orders a day, volume pricing above that. QR menu, reservations, admin panel, waiter app, its own POS. 24/7 support, free training, a photo service. Does not work with an existing iiko or r_keeper.

laCafe: branch base 500 000 UZS a month plus 10 000 UZS a month per QR table. No plans, no bundles. Includes QR, your own website, aggregators, iiko/r_keeper, Telegram, AI. Need tablets? laTable is 100 000 per device, the laBoard till tablet 100 000.

QR menu cost for 5, 12 and 25 tables

Let's line the numbers up. BROS is priced in dollars and the exchange rate moves, so we leave it as '$15'.

  • 5 tables: Dastur-xon 99 000 · BROS $15 · laCafe 550 000 (500k + 5×10k)
  • 12 tables: Dastur-xon 99 000–399 000 · BROS $15 (under 50 orders/day) · laCafe 620 000
  • 25 tables (choyxona): Dastur-xon 399 000 · BROS volume pricing · laCafe 750 000

Honestly: for 5 tables laCafe is expensive

For a five-table coffee shop, Dastur-xon at 99 000 UZS is five times cheaper. No iiko, no aggregators, no website needed: go with Dastur-xon or BROS. That's the right call, and we say so openly.

When does laCafe pay off? You already run iiko or r_keeper and don't want to replace it. Or you take orders from Uzum Tezkor and Yandex Eats. Or you want your own delivery site to escape aggregator commission. Then the QR is only one part of the 500 000 UZS base.

Open a second branch and the math repeats: another 500 000 plus that branch's tables. A disabled branch isn't billed, so switching off the summer terrace for winter costs nothing.

Hidden costs of a QR menu

The subscription is half the cost. The rest usually gets forgotten. Printing: laminated stickers for 14 tables are cheap, but outdoor topchans need metal plates. Photos: guests order less without pictures, and a photographer is a day's work.

Menu entry time: 120 dishes in three languages by hand is two days. With AI (photo → ChatGPT → MCP) it's an hour. Staff training: for the first week Dilshod will keep asking 'where's the order?', so budget for it.

There are per-order fees too: at laCafe a website order is 1 500 UZS, an aggregator order 300 UZS, a Telegram AI order 3 000 UZS. None of that is in the QR price, but it shows up on the month-end bill.

A QR menu in 2026 starts at 99 000 UZS, and for a small cafe that's enough. Past 12 tables, with a POS in place or delivery on the roadmap, laCafe's 620 000 UZS brings the website, aggregators and iiko along with the QR. Want your own numbers?
